The party was fantastic!! The guests loved the food!!  It was absolutely delicious!!! I will certainly order from you again at the next party.  Your staff person, Elizabeth was fabulous!  She was really nice, did an excellent job, and fit in perfectly with the guests!

Hi Tabitha,

It was a great opportunity for me as well to have you cater our cocktail party.  You did a fantastic job, the food was great, the service superb. I was very pleased.  From the moment I booked your services, I got the feeling I was in good hands and would have nothing to worry about.  You certainly lived up to that.  I thank you very much for helping to make the evening a success.

Please go ahead and put the remaining balance on my credit card.  I might need your services again Dec. 16th, just cocktails for six people.  Server, etc would not be necessary.   I can confirm on the weekend, you can tell me then if this date would be possible for you.

Thank you so much!  Your staff person, Michelle was wonderful, efficient, and friendly and worked well within the chaos of the party.  The food was excellent, everyone enjoyed it and our Jamaican guests loved the rice and peas.  The mushroom lasagne was outstanding!  Everything was warm and tasty when we were ready to eat.
