There is nothing more relaxing than a healthy hot meal that you didn’t have to cook.  Imagine a freezer filled with fresh, healthy meals ready to be reheated and enjoyed?  This service is ideal for new parents, students, thank you gift or as a special treat for someone who really needs a break.  Fresh frozen meals can be delivered across Canada.

Each meal is prepared with freshest ingredients, packaged with reheating and storage instructions and then delivered frozen right to your door.  Choose from our menu and we’ll take care of the rest.

How this Service Works:

1st – You select from our packages below

2nd – We send you or the lucky recipient an ENC gift card package which includes a gift card, information about how our service works and a special note card.

3rd – The lucky recipient just has to select their meal choices from our site and we will have the meals delivered within 24 hours.  Orders can also be placed via phone or email.

* Price includes, Gift Package w. Card, all packaging, labelling and ingredients.
*NOTE: Packages based on dinner for 2 people per day, but can be used however you like.
* NOTE: Delivery is not included in prices/package.
